Spermatogonia is not an adenocarcinoma. Spermatogonial cell tumor is a kind of germ cell tumor, a kind of malignant tumor, which occurs in testis, but it is not a malignant tumor which occurs in glandular epithelium, so it is not adenocarcinoma. Spermatogonial cell tumor mostly occurs after middle age, generally unilateral onset, and the right side is slightly more than the left side, often manifested as one side of the testis has obvious hard nodules or painless swelling, the tumor’s degree of malignancy is relatively low, and the prognosis is better. Once the diagnosis of spermatogonial cell tumor is confirmed, early surgical treatment should be adopted to radically remove the tumor, and according to the postoperative clinical stage, decide whether the postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is needed. Spermatogonial cell tumor should be treated with doctors as early as possible to avoid aggravation of the disease.
