What’s going on in the right side of the uterus?

The pelvis contains organs such as the uterus, adnexa, and rectum, and the uterus is not usually right-sided in the non-pregnant period. Mostly it is its own state, such as anterior tilt, anterior flexion, posterior tilt, anterior flexion, etc. The right rotation of the uterus is mostly a description of the enlarged uterus during pregnancy, and it is commonly believed that the enlarged uterus comes out of the pelvic cavity during pregnancy, especially in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, and the large size of the uterus inevitably touches the rectum. The rectum itself is on the left side of the pelvis, and then the uterus is squeezed to the right by the rectum. But there is a fetus in the uterus, and the mass and volume will not easily go to the right side, so it is a normal physiological phenomenon during pregnancy to show the right rotation of the uterus, and there is no need to be nervous and worried. When sleeping in late pregnancy, you can choose to sleep on the left side to ease the improvement, if a long time left side lying position causes numbness and discomfort on the left side of the limbs, you can also properly switch to the right side lying position to adjust, as far as possible to the left side lying position.
