The Four Divine Cong, Waist Qi, Anmian, and Shendao points help with sleep.
1. Si Shen Cong is on the head, one inch to the side of the right and left front and back of the Hundred Meetings point, a total of four points. This point can be used for insomnia, epilepsy, forgetfulness, and other divine disorders; vertigo, headache; and eye disorders.
2. Waist Qi is in the sacral area, 2 inches straight up from the end of the tailbone, in the depression between the sacral horns. This point can be used for insomnia, headache; epilepsy; constipation.
3. Anmian is in the Xiang area, at the midpoint of the line connecting the Fengchi and Cataract points. It can be used for insomnia, dizziness, headache; epilepsy; palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic).
4. Shen Dao is in the spinal region, on the posterior midline, in the depression under the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra. It can be used for insomnia, apoplexy, forgetfulness and other psychosomatic disorders; palpitation, heart pain, dizziness (violent heartbeat, panic) and other heart diseases; asthma, cough; strong lumbar spine, shoulder and back pain.
