Low-grade tubular adenoma of colon can be removed by surgical methods, such as enteroscopic resection or laparoscopic surgical resection. 1. Enteroscopic resection: if the adenoma is small in size and solitary low-grade tubular adenoma of colonic mucosa, complete resection under enteroscopy can be chosen, and submucosal resection is usually chosen to avoid tissue residue and reduce the chance of postoperative recurrence. 2. Laparoscopic surgical resection: if the adenoma is large in size, laparoscopic surgical resection is usually needed, which is a minimally invasive surgery, with relatively less bleeding, less trauma, and faster postoperative recovery. After surgical resection of low-grade tubular adenoma of colon, regular electronic fiberoptic colonoscopy is needed for review to reduce the probability of recurrence.
