3. Neiguan: Located in the forearm area, 2 inches above the transverse stripe on the distal side of the palm of the wrist, between the tendon of the palmaris longus tendon and the tendon of the radial flexor carpi radialis tendon, it has the effect of lowering the stomach (adjusting the stomach qi and making the upward reversal of qi to fall), relaxing the chest and regulating the qi, and relieving the pain, and it can be used for insomnia, stomach ache, vomiting, asthma, etc, so moxibustion can be used to regulate the stomach and bowel movements.
