The main clinical manifestations of gout are sudden pain in one or more joints with significant redness, swelling and dysfunction, and gout stones. There are 3 stages of gout, i.e. asymptomatic stage, acute arthritis stage, gout stone and chronic arthritis stage. The manifestations of each are different.
