Breast cancer is divided into four categories according to pathology and immunohistochemistry, namely luminal type including luminalA, luminalB, and HER-2 positive type, which refers to HER-2 positive, and triple negative breast cancer, which refers to breast cancer patients who are negative for estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2, and is often referred to as triple negative breast cancer in molecular typing. The prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer is not very much related to tumor size and lymph node status, but recurrence is relatively rapid, with 1-3 years being the peak of recurrence. General breast cancer refers to luminal breast cancer and HER-2 positive breast cancer. luminal breast cancer refers to hormone receptor positive, including estrogen or progesterone receptor positive, and the prognosis of this type of breast cancer is relatively good because of the assurance and support of endocrine therapy.
