Lingzhi is generally used as a decoction to be taken internally, or as an infusion in wine. Lingzhi can also be combined with ginseng and jujube nut to treat diseases. Reishi should be used with caution for those with solid symptoms (abdominal distension, constipation, headache, etc.). Adverse effects of Reishi are not clear, and the drug should be used under the guidance of a doctor.
