Be alert to the six danger steps of stroke!

Be aware of the six risk steps for stroke: The first step is genetic. If you have blood relatives such as your siblings, your fathers or grandparents who have had a stroke, you are labeled as a risk group and stand on the first stepping stone to stroke. The second stepping stone is poor lifestyle habits. If you also have bad habits such as smoking, drinking, eating sweet and fatty foods, and being sedentary, which can lead to obesity, combined with an impatient personality or greater psychological stress, then you are one step closer to the risk of stroke and go down to the second step. The blue alert for stroke is sounded on the second step. The third step is the disease factor. If you do not change your poor lifestyle, then you are likely to have high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and other diseases that can cause stroke, and you will go down to the third step. The yellow alert for stroke is sounded on the third step. The fourth step is a mini-stroke. If the first three steps are not under control, then you will slide down to the fourth step and develop stroke precursor symptoms, which is a mini-stroke. About 30% of patients with ischemic stroke will have aura symptoms such as transient limb numbness, transient limb weakness, transient blurred vision in one eye, and transient vertigo before the onset of the stroke. The fourth step on the scale is the red alert for stroke. The fifth step is the occurrence of a major stroke. If a small stroke is still not taken seriously, then it slides down to the fifth step – the occurrence of a major stroke. A major stroke means impairment or loss of ability to work or live, even if it is not life-threatening, but it can affect the individual’s dignity of survival. A major stroke on the fifth step is a black event. The sixth stepping stone is stroke recurrence. There is a risk of recurrence of stroke after treatment regardless of recovery, and if a stroke recurs, you stand on the sixth step. The sixth step is a carved piece of rotten wood that is in danger of breaking at any time, and below it is the abyss of death. After multiple stroke episodes one often comes to the end of life.
