Patients who have had a miscarriage with abortion are advised to wait at least 3 months before preparing for pregnancy. Most of the patients who have had abortions are considered to be related to abnormal embryonic development and chromosomal disorders. Therefore, for this type of patients, it is recommended that after recovering from surgery, both spouses should go to the genetics department for relevant tests, mainly to rule out chromosomal, genetic and immunological problems. If the results of these tests are normal, pregnancy preparation can be started after 3 months. If there are indeed immune or endocrine problems, it is recommended to take care of the relevant conditions before conceiving so as to increase the probability of success in the next pregnancy.
