The need for surgery for “gallbladder polyps” depends on the following conditions: age, size, number, location, shape of the lesion, whether there are clinical symptoms or combined gallbladder stones, and whether malignant tumors of the gallbladder can be excluded. Therefore, when polyp-like lesions are detected by B-mode ultrasonography, treatment should be decided on surgical and non-surgical treatment. The principles of surgery are: 1, combined gallbladder diseases, such as gallbladder stones, acute or chronic cholecystitis, and obvious clinical symptoms, should be performed cholecystectomy. 2, no obvious symptoms of polyps less than 10mm, do not need surgery, can continue to observe. Regular observation (3 months), if the lesion tends to increase, surgery should be performed. 3.Surgical treatment should be considered for suspected early gallbladder cancer.
