Total watery ears may be caused by acute suppurative otitis media, external ear eczema, necrotizing otitis externa and other diseases.
1. Acute suppurative otitis media: this disease is mainly caused by pneumococcus, Haemophilus influenzae, hemolytic streptococcus and other pathogenic bacteria, and tympanic membrane trauma, acute upper respiratory tract infection, improper pinching of the nose and drumming and other factors. The main symptoms include earache, pus, etc. Some patients will have the phenomenon of liquid outflow in the ear.
2. Eczema of the outer ear: studies have shown that the causes of this disease include allergic reactions, neurological dysfunction, endocrine disorders, etc., but also related to contact with allergens, such as animal dander, milk, fish and shrimp. Generally in the acute phase when the localization will appear itching, blisters and other symptoms, if inadvertently scratch the blisters, it will be yellowish watery secretion, which can be manifested as total ear water.
3. Necrotizing otitis externa: the etiology of this disease is not yet clear, may be related to low immunity, trauma to the external auditory canal, malnutrition, diabetes and other reasons, the common causative organisms are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and so on. Common symptoms include ear pain, purulent or bloody discharge ear spillage, so patients will exist in the case of always watery ears.
