Perianal papillomas are generally not serious and are benign.

Anal papilloma may prolapse out of the anus, manifested as anal papilloma in the perianal area, anal papilloma is due to hyperplasia and hypertrophy, this is a benign disease, usually will not recur, this disease can be completely cured, so the condition is not serious.
After the occurrence of perianal papilloma, it is recommended to go to the hospital for timely consultation, some patients can be treated conservatively, such as sitz bath, topical ointment, etc., the anal papilloma may shrink, if the effect of conservative treatment is not good, or the anal papilloma is relatively large, feasible to carry out surgical resection.
