Is a delayed period with brown discharge a pregnancy?

Delayed menstruation with brown discharge may be pregnancy, or it may be caused by ovulation bleeding, menstrual disorders and other reasons.
1. Pregnancy: If a woman has recently had sexual intercourse and has delayed menstruation with brown discharge, it can be considered pregnancy, preeclampsia or ectopic pregnancy, and she can go to the hospital for a blood test and ultrasound.
