Blurred and double vision in the right eye. If the blurred and double vision is in the right eye alone, it is most likely caused by a refractive problem. Usually, astigmatism causes double vision at night, especially in pitch darkness. If there is improvement during the day, it is more likely that the pupil is dilated at night, which brings out the effect of astigmatism and causes the double vision and blurring at night. If the astigmatism is indeed a problem, the astigmatism will be corrected and the blurred double vision will be corrected. If the astigmatism is corrected and the problem is still not solved, it may be related to cataract or fundus lesion, and a detailed investigation is needed.
