Foods that tend to cause asthma include: a. oil crops such as peanuts, sesame and cottonseed; b. wheat and cereals; c. milk and dairy products; d. seafood and aquatic products; e. eggs; f. beans; g. vegetables, such as parsnips and ferns more; h. fruits, only in isolated cases, need to be vigilant; i. meat, commonly beef and mutton; j. other foods, such as pistachios, pecans and other nuts, coffee beer and other beverages and alcohol, as well as health products made of chocolate or pollen.
