Malignant tumor of prostate generally refers to prostate cancer, which is one of the common types of cancer in men. The cause of the disease is still unclear, and it is mostly related to age factor, family history, obesity, diet and other factors.
Early stage patients have no obvious symptoms, as the condition develops and the tumor gradually increases, patients may have lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms, such as urinary frequency, urinary urgency, and even urinary retention, and when the tumor oppresses or infringes on the surrounding lymph nodes or blood vessels, lower limb edema may occur. Prostate cancer is the only first to develop bone metastasis, and when prostate cancer metastasizes to the lumbar spine, it can trigger whole back pain.
However, whole back pain may also be caused by other reasons, such as lumbar trauma, long-term residence dampness and lumbar cold, hydronephrosis and stones, lumbar intervertebral disc disease, degenerative spondylitis, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar myofibrositis, pelvic inflammation and so on.
It is recommended that patients go to the hospital in a timely manner, after clarifying the cause of the disease, and actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment.
