3. Immunotherapy: For dust mite allergy, sublingual desensitizing preparation can be considered for desensitization.
4. Surgery: For allergic rhinitis with enlarged turbinate, adenoid hypertrophy and other conditions, resulting in poor nasal ventilation, you can consider surgical resection of enlarged adenoids and inferior turbinate low temperature plasma ablation.
So if children’s allergic rhinitis medication is not effective, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital ear, nose and throat specialist for further treatment.
