The best time for circumcision

Circumcision is generally defined as circumcision, and the best time to have it done is during preschool or school age. After that it needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Circumcision can be categorized as prophylactic or therapeutic. Physiological circumcision may occur in pediatric patients and generally does not need to be treated. For therapeutic purposes, when the narrowing of the opening of the foreskin interferes with urination, it is recommended that the patient undergoes surgery before school age. It is also possible to dilate the opening of the foreskin first, and then perform the surgery if the foreskin does not recede normally after the appearance of the second sexual sign.
If the foreskin is infected repeatedly, surgery can be performed at any age. When performed for therapeutic purposes, circumcision can be performed at any age.
In addition, patients are advised to go to a regular hospital to complete the preoperative examination before circumcision.
