Smooth appearance of the cervix may have cervical cancer, but it may also be normal or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. 1. It is cervical cancer: cervical cancer can be divided into invasive squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and other types of cancer, endogenous type of cervical cancer, some patients have smooth surface of the cervix without abnormal symptoms. 2. Not cervical cancer: (1) Normal phenomenon: the normal surface of the cervix is light pink, relatively smooth, does not bleed easily after contact, and there is thin mucus in the thread cavity. (2) Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia: Clinical cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, part of the cervix is smooth, can not be found clear lesions. The smooth appearance of the cervix is a condition seen by the naked eye, but it cannot exclude the depth of the cervix, and cannot determine whether there is cervical cancer, which can be further determined by cervical TCT and HPV examination.
