The clinical presence of impotence needs to be judged by the satisfaction of intercourse. Patients with severe impotence are those whose penis is always weak and cannot have normal erectile intercourse and cannot enter the female genitalia normally; those with moderate impotence can enter the sexual organs but cannot perform normal pumping because of weakness; those with mild impotence can have normal sex but have no sexual pleasure, have few pumping strokes and cannot reach enough time. Impotence is related to psychology and penile blood flow, for example, the patient was previously frightened during sex and therefore experienced penile weakness and waited for the next sexual intercourse to become impotent. It is recommended that patients suspected of impotence can go to the hospital to do penile ultrasound to rule out organic problems, and usually strengthen physical exercise and adjust their mindset.
