Abnormal signal shadow of the right skeleton may be caused by bone tuberculosis, bone tumor, bone hyperplasia and so on.
1. Bone tuberculosis: it is an infectious disease caused by tuberculosis mycobacteria invading into bone tissues. MRI can show abnormal signals in the stage of inflammatory infiltration of tuberculosis, and it can clearly show the images of bone destruction and bone tissue changes.
2. Bone tumor: it is caused by the tumor cells of malignant tumors in other parts of the body invading into the bone through blood circulation and lymphatic system. When it involves the ilium bone, abnormal signal shadow will appear in the imaging examination, and most of them are bone destruction and other abnormal signal shadow.
3. Osteomalacia: it is a bony proliferation formed at the edge of normal bone, and MRI will also find abnormal signal shadow at the site of disease.
Right iliac bone abnormal signal shadow may also be seen in sacroiliac arthritis, iliac bone osteomyelitis and other diseases, if the symptoms of the right side of the bone abnormal signal shadow, persistent and unrelieved, need to consult a doctor in time for treatment.
