Massive soft tissue shadow in the right lower lung may be caused by lung infection, tuberculosis, lung cancer and other diseases.
1. Lung infection: lung infection refers to infectious diseases of lung parenchyma and interstitium, usually caused by viral or bacterial infection, occasionally caused by other microbial infections, generally lung imaging examinations, such as chest X-ray, chest CT, etc., can be seen in the right lower lung mass-like soft tissue shadow.
2. Tuberculosis: Tuberculosis is a kind of infectious disease of respiratory system caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, and the lesions mainly occur in the lung tissue, trachea, bronchus and pleura, and the lumpy soft tissue shadow of the right lower lung may also be caused by tuberculosis.
3. Lung cancer: including primary lung cancer and metastatic lung cancer, in the early stage, patients will not have obvious physical discomfort, but in the imaging examination, mass-like soft tissue shadow will be found in the right lower lung.
If there is mass-like soft tissue shadow in the right lower lung, it is better for patients to go to the hospital for chest enhancement CT or biopsy examination, so as to clarify the cause of the disease and then carry out treatment.
