Mannitol and rhubarb are mostly used externally when there is inflammation in the abdominal cavity, or when there is an abscess. For example, for appendiceal abscesses, it is common to use Mannitum and Rhubarb externally to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and to reduce the spread of abscesses in the abdominal cavity. Mix half of the mangosteen and half of the rhubarb together with white vinegar, not too thick and not too thin. The rhubarb is granular and it is generally recommended to grind it into a powder and mix it with white vinegar before pouring the mannitol into a bowl and mixing it. Make a small bag with cloth to put the mannitol and rhubarb into the bag, and put it directly on the most painful part of the abdomen, such as the appendix abscess, twice a day.
