Chickenpox and shingles health promotion

Chickenpox and shingles are caused by the same virus, varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infection. Humans are the only host of varicella-zoster virus (VZV) (varicella-zoster virus infects only humans). The virus enters the bloodstream through the respiratory mucosa to form viremia, and varicella or latent infection occurs. The virus is activated and travels down the axon of the sensory nerve and replicates in the skin of the area innervated by the nerve, producing blisters, as well as inflammation and necrosis of the affected nerve, resulting in neuralgia and causing herpes zoster. After healing, the disease is immune for a longer period of time, so there is usually no recurrence (recurrence is rare after healing). However, it is not uncommon to have two or three recurrences. The duration of the disease is about 1-4 weeks. Older patients are prone to post-herpetic neuralgia. Early antiviral treatment can shorten the duration of the disease, relieve pain, and reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and its severity. Herpes zoster has been considered non-contagious for decades, but in the last decade, I have found that it is not uncommon for patients in the same ward to have herpes zoster, for a husband to have herpes zoster before his wife has chickenpox or herpes zoster, for a wife to have herpes zoster before her husband has chickenpox or herpes zoster, and for parents to have herpes zoster before their children have chickenpox. This shows that close contact with herpes zoster patients can also be contagious is no longer controversial. The chicken pox is highly contagious, and the duration of the disease is about 1-3 weeks, mostly in children, but in recent years it is not uncommon for young adults to be released. It may be related to the decrease in antibody titers year by year after varicella vaccination. Infants and adults have heavy systemic symptoms, while school-age children have relatively mild symptoms. Patients with chickenpox should be disinfected and isolated until the skin lesions are completely crusted over. Early antiviral treatment can also shorten the course of the disease, relieve systemic symptoms and reduce complications. It is not uncommon for chickenpox to recur more than twice. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few of the most popular and most popular items. The actual fact is that you will not be able to get a good deal on your own. For patients with chicken pox and shingles, it is recommended to wait until all the blisters have crusted over before considering bathing.
