Does the entangled snake automatically heal?

Entrapment snake, also known clinically as herpes zoster, is caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It is somewhat self-limiting, so some patients will get better on their own. If the symptoms of shingles are mild and there are no other comorbidities, it can usually heal on its own, which takes about 7-10 days. However, most patients will experience pain during the rash of shingles, which can be paroxysmal or persistent dull, jerking or throbbing pain, etc. The pain is exacerbated by clothing friction or contact, and is more pronounced in older and frailer patients, who often have difficulty tolerating it and often find it more difficult to heal on their own. In addition, patients with shingles who are not actively treated may experience inflammation of the nerve roots, increased pain, and serious complications such as postherpetic neuralgia, encephalitis, and meningitis. At this point, it will increase the difficulty of treatment and affect the quality of life of the patient, therefore, even if herpes zoster has the possibility of self-healing, there is a need for early and active treatment.
