A bulging stomach may be caused by obesity. If there are no abdominal masses, no pain, completely normal diet, sleep, urination and defecation, and no dramatic weight loss recently, it should be normal. If you are worried, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to find out if there is a mass in the abdominal cavity. There is also a possibility that the abdomen is bulging after the growth of a mass in the abdominal cavity, so you can lie flat on your back and touch your abdomen with your hands and press hard to see if you can reach the mass. If there is a suspicion, you also need to come to the hospital for examination, because the mass may be benign or malignant. If there is a mass, surgery is also required, and pathological examination is routinely done after removal, and further chemotherapy may be required if it suggests a malignant tumor.
