3. Contact dermatitis: contact dermatitis is mainly due to skin contact with certain exogenous substances, such as hand sanitizer, detergent, skin care products, pollen, etc., resulting in contact with the site of the inflammatory reaction, the main clinical manifestations of the affected areas of itching, burning, swelling and pain, etc., the ear suddenly swollen itchy may be caused by contact dermatitis.
