Winter and Summer Treatment Acupressure

Winter diseases” is a relative concept, referring to diseases that tend to develop or worsen in the cold winter. Chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma and recurrent colds are all common in the field of whistling. The main reason for their onset in winter is that the cold evil in winter can easily damage the body’s Yang energy and lead to poor blood circulation, causing dysfunction of the internal organs. The “winter disease summer treatment” is a treatment method that takes advantage of the three volt season in summer, when the natural Yang energy is strong and the Yin cold is decreasing, and takes advantage of the opportunity of the body’s Yang energy being strong and the Qi and blood being abundant to get rid of the cold evil in the body and to warm up the Yang energy that the patient has lost, so as to prevent and reduce the onset of winter diseases. Acupressure is one of the more practical treatments for winter and summer diseases. The holistic concept of Chinese medicine considers the human body as an organic whole, and human beings and nature are also closely linked as a whole. The five organs, six internal organs, all the limbs and the skin and hair couples of the human body are interconnected by the meridians, and applying the medicine to the relevant points on the body surface can regulate the body functions through the meridians and achieve the purpose of disease prevention and treatment. Xu Lingtai, a famous doctor of the Qing Dynasty, has a cloud: “with the paste post, closed its gas, so that the medicine from the pores and to the couples, through the meridians and through the channels, or lifting out of the, or attack and dispersion, more than taking drugs especially powerful, this the most wonderful method.” The selection of herbs with the ability to disperse cold and dispel evil, cultivate yang and support the righteousness of the body to do acupuncture point compresses in summer is in line with the principle of “spring and summer nourishing yang” as stated in the Nei Jing, in order to achieve the state of corresponding to the heaven and man. In addition, because of the high temperature in summer, the blood circulation on the human skin surface increases and the pores are stretched, so the acupressure is more conducive to the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine. Therefore, after the summer volcano, the external application of herbal acupressure, supplemented by oral prescriptions for dialectical treatment, is especially suitable for patients with chronic whistling system diseases in the stable stage of cold body, winter disease summer treatment can be a smooth winter effect with half the effort. Note: It is not suitable for patients with exacerbation of disease (e.g. fever, coughing and wheezing), bleeding disorders, Yin deficiency and fire, pregnant women or old and weak people, skin allergy and broken skin, etc. If serious redness, swelling, blisters, etc. occur after acupressure, you need to go to the hospital. Before coming to the hospital for acupressure, please be screened by a whistle doctor.
