Dietary contraindications for stomach pain

The diet of patients with stomach pain is soft, less residue, easy to digest, regular meals, small meals as a principle. Avoid eating hard, cold, rough, too much fiber-containing food, such as leeks, celery, soybean sprouts, old vegetable gangs. Pay attention to eat more protein-rich, vitamin-rich foods, such as eggs, milk, meat, fish and shrimp, soy products and green leafy vegetables, which is more conducive to the recovery of gastric mucosa. It is advisable to chew and swallow slowly to reduce the stimulation of the gastric mucosa. Avoid eating spicy, fat and sweet, too salty, too acidic, raw and cold products, quit smoking, alcohol, strong tea, coffee and so on.
