The right supraclavicular lymph node is located in the skin depression above the right clavicle, i.e., in the supraclavicular fossa, not on the surface of the clavicle. Anatomically, the right supraclavicular lymph node is a lateral cervical lymph node located near the right subclavian artery and brachial plexus nerve. When the right supraclavicular lymph node is small, it is difficult to touch it, and when the lymph node is enlarged, a hard, enlarged lymph node can be palpated, and there may be lymph node fusion and poor mobility. The swollen lymph nodes in this area should be alert to lymphoma or metastasis, such as metastasis of breast, thyroid, lung and other organs, and some patients with tuberculosis may also cause swollen lymph nodes on the right side of the clavicle.
