What to do when a six-year-old’s teeth are knocked loose

According to the degree of trauma, the six-year-old child’s teeth can be left to heal on their own, tooth extraction or loose teeth fixed treatment. 1. If the teeth are mildly injured without obvious symptoms of loosening or pain, they can be left to heal on their own; however, during this period, we must try to avoid biting hard objects, such as subsequent pain or loosening symptoms in time to see a doctor for symptomatic treatment. 2. If trauma to the baby teeth affects the eruption of the permanent teeth, or if the teeth are fractured in many places and cannot be retained, they should be extracted. 3. If the teeth are obviously loose, or the teeth are fractured but can be retained; loose teeth fixation can be carried out, i.e., the loose teeth will be fixed on the neighboring normal teeth, in order to facilitate the effective healing and recovery of the loose teeth. It is recommended that a six-year-old child with a loose tooth should seek medical attention in time for symptomatic treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
