High insulin growth factor needs to be treated according to the relevant triggers, if it is caused by physiological factors, no special treatment is needed. If it is caused by pathologic factors, it needs to be treated by medication, surgery, radiotherapy and so on.

Physiological factors: if the child’s insulin growth factor is slightly elevated and there is no abnormality in height and weight, we cannot rule out the possibility that it may be caused by immaturity, so we suggest continuous observation and regular checkups, and there is no need for special treatment.
2.
