There are more antibiotics of cephalosporins, and the dosage for children is different for different cephalosporins. If it is cefixime granules, it is 50mg a packet, the dosage for children is 3-5mg/kg per day, divided into 2-3 doses. If it is cefixime dispersible tablets, it is 9-18mg/kg per day, divided into 2-3 doses. In the case of cefixime, it is given at a dosage of 20-40mg/kg per day, usually in 3 oral doses. For relatively mild infections, the minimum dose can be taken; for severe infections, the maximum dose is used or the dose needs to be doubled.
