Dietary factors and preventive measures for colorectal cancer

  1.Reducing the intake of red meat and processed meat foods.  2.Increase the food rich in dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin D and organic sulfide, which can reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.  3.Increase physical activity, perform at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily, and work and rest regularly.  4.Maintain ideal weight, keep waist circumference below 90cm for men and below 85cm for women.  5.Limit alcohol and reduce ethanol intake, which can reduce its risk.  6.10%-15% of colorectal cancer patients are hereditary colorectal tumors, therefore, people whose relatives have colorectal cancer should pay special attention to regular screening, timely detection and removal of precancerous lesions such as intestinal adenomas.
