Patients with insufficient blood supply to the brain can carry out aerobic exercise workout in moderation. Insufficient blood supply to the brain is due to cerebrovascular circulation disorders resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain, mostly caused by cervical spondylosis, carotid artery or cerebral atherosclerosis, often manifested as headache, dizziness, sleep disorders and other discomforts, mostly seen in elderly patients. A moderate amount of aerobic exercise has the effect of promoting blood circulation and improving blood supply to the brain. Walking, jogging, tai chi and other exercise exercises are usually recommended every week for at least 5 days a week, 30~45 minutes a day. During exercise, family members should be present to accompany the patient to avoid falling or excessive intensity, and if symptoms such as dizziness, chest tightness and shortness of breath occur, timely rest is needed to prevent accidents. Patients with serious illness or other underlying diseases, exercise programs need to be developed by a professional physician.
