What are the efficacy and effects of moxibustion at the Tian Tu point?

Moxibustion at the Tian Tu point has the efficacy and effect of resolving phlegm and relieving pharynx, and can be used to treat disorders of the lung system as well as the throat.
Tian Tu point is located on the Ren vein, which is the meeting point of the Ren and Yin Wei veins, and is situated in the anterior region of the neck, in the central part of the upper fossa of the sternum, on the anterior median line.
