Deciphering the principles of cancer cell prevention

Cancer cells arise: Cancer cells are derived from “defective” normal cells and take many years to grow into tumors. The “renegade” cells are out of the normal course and proliferate at their own set rate, accumulating to more than 1 billion before we notice them. The proliferation rate of cancer cells is calculated by multiplication time, 1 becomes 2, 2 becomes 4. The average multiplication time for stomach, intestinal, liver, pancreatic and esophageal cancers is 31 days; for breast cancer, the multiplication time is more than 40 days. Since cancer cells keep multiplying, the more advanced the cancer is, the faster it progresses. The cancer cells have inside-and outside-they are latent with factors that cannot be overcome or eliminated, which is its characteristic and drawback and creates its instability. Cancer prevention rules: 1. Do not eat moldy food and its products. Peanuts, soybeans, rice, flour, vegetable oil and other moldy, can produce aflatoxin, a strong carcinogenic (especially liver cancer and stomach cancer) substances. 2, do not eat smoked or pickled food, such as bacon, salted meat, salted fish, pickled sauerkraut, pickled vegetables, etc., these foods contain a chemical that may lead to stomach and esophageal cancer. 3.No smoking. Tar and other substances in cigarettes are cancer-causing factors that lead to lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. There is also a relationship between smoking and cervical cancer in women. 4.Do not drink alcohol, especially not strong alcohol. High concentration of alcohol can stimulate the epithelial cells of the mouth, esophageal wall and stomach wall and cause cancer. 5.Smoking and drinking at the same time will greatly increase the chance of causing cancer. 6.No contact or less contact with the black smoke coming out of the chimney, which contains a small amount of carcinogenic substances in the polluted air. 7.Do not use washing powder to scrub dishes, tea sets or wash food. 8, do not use toxic plastic products (polyvinyl chloride) packaging food. 9, do not eat vegetables, fruits and other things contaminated by pesticides. 10, drink fresh clean water, do not drink too hot water, do not eat too hot, too hard, burnt or too salty food. 11, do not over sun exposure. UV rays from the sun can cause skin cancer and may lower the body’s immunity. 12.Eat more fresh vegetables, don’t eat too much, control the intake of meat food and control your weight, which can reduce the incidence of cancer.
