Calcified foci in the right upper lung are an imaging diagnosis, and are mostly seen clinically in benign nodules, which manifest as lesions containing calcified nodules. However, some malignant nodules may also present with a small number of calcified foci, so it is not possible to generalize and a comprehensive consideration should be made according to the patient’s specific situation. If the imaging diagnosis is simple calcification foci, the majority of patients have benign disease and do not need to worry too much.
