How to treat bad breath and snoring

Bad breath and snoring (snoring) may be caused by the same disease, such as chronic tonsillitis and adenoid hypertrophy, or by different causes. Bad breath may be due to Helicobacter pylori infection, while snoring may be due to obesity, narrowed or obstructed airways, and so on. Treatment usually involves medication or surgery as prescribed by the doctor, depending on the cause of the disease. 1. Homoeopathic diseases (1) Chronic tonsillitis: there is often discomfort in the pharynx or bad breath, and snoring can occur when the tonsils are too enlarged due to chronic inflammation. Surgery is the better treatment method, but also through physical exercise, the use of vitamins to enhance physical fitness. (2) Adenoid hypertrophy: snoring occurs when the respiratory tract is partially obstructed during sleep. It is common in children, and the bad breath occurs when nasopharyngeal secretions are swallowed into the stomach, which leads to the obstruction of gastrointestinal activity, and the treatment requires adenoidectomy. 2. Different diseases: separate treatment (1) Halitosis: due to Helicobacter pylori, four kinds of drugs such as proton pump inhibitor, amoxicillin and clarithromycin, bismuth and so on should be used for joint treatment; due to gastrointestinal dyspepsia, gastrointestinal diseases need to be treated. (2) Snoring: due to nasopharyngeal lesions, oral diseases or systemic diseases need to treat the primary disease; congenital malformation of maxillofacial development, to be corrected. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital for appropriate examination to find out the causes of bad breath and snoring, and carry out targeted treatment, do not use drugs without authorization, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
