The absence of heart murmur and normal dynamic electrocardiogram cannot completely exclude heart disease, and it is necessary to clarify whether treatment is needed according to the patient’s symptoms and other examination results.
A heart murmur is a murmur produced in the corresponding part of the heart when blood flow is accelerated, abnormal blood flow channels, or abnormal blood vessel diameters, and the blood flow impacts the wall of the heart, the wall of the large blood vessels, and the heart valves, causing them to vibrate and produce a murmur in the corresponding part of the body, and the absence of a heart murmur doesn’t mean that there is no cardiac disease.
Dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) refers to 24-hour continuous dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring, which is generally used to clarify whether the patient suffers from arrhythmia and hidden myocardial ischemia, and a normal dynamic electrocardiogram does not mean that all heart diseases can be ruled out.
If the patient has any cardiac symptoms, he/she should go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to conduct ECG, echocardiography and other cardiac related tests to rule out cardiac diseases.
