Menstruation is a normal physiological process that can subside with age, and there is no need for special intervention to cause early menopause, nor is there a clinical method for early menopause.
The onset of menstruation is a sign of maturity of the female reproductive system, as the ovaries bleed from the endometrium due to cyclical changes. As we age, ovarian function gradually declines, and a woman’s menstrual cycle gradually fades, i.e. natural menopause. The age of menopause is variable for each woman, probably between 45 and 55 years old.
There are no clinical interventions to prevent early menopause, except for removal of the ovaries or uterus, which can terminate the menstrual process earlier. It is advisable to treat the onset of menstruation correctly. Consultation with a medical professional is recommended.
