Cold syndrome refers to the cold symptoms caused by external or internal injuries. Cold syndrome has a surface cold evidence, cold evidence, cold evidence, cold evidence, cold evidence, each type of clinical manifestations are different.
1. Surface cold syndrome: refers to the surface evidence caused by wind-cold invasion of the surface of the muscle. Symptoms include cold (fear of cold) fever, headache, and thin white and moist tongue coating. The treatment should be warm and pungent to relieve the surface, and may use the formula of Ma Huang Tang, Gui Zhi Tang, Jing Fang Pu Wei Poison Dispensary, Onion and Black Bean Soup, Apricot and Su Dispensary, and so on.
2. Cold in the interior: refers to the yin evidence of typhoid fever (the disease of fever caused by feeling cold), i.e. cold in the middle. Symptoms include cold pain in the epigastrium (cold pain in the stomach and abdomen), vomiting of water, loose stools, long and clear urine, fear of cold and cold limbs (fear of cold, cold limbs), pale face, pale tongue with white slippery fur, and slow or fine pulse. The treatment should be based on warming the middle and dispelling the cold, such as Wu Zhu Tang, Radix Rehmanniae Tong, and so on.
3. Cold deficiency syndrome: refers to the symptoms caused by the weakness of yang qi. Symptoms such as low facial bladder, loss of appetite, relief when there is heat, long and clear urine, thin stools, pale tongue, white moss, and sluggish and weak pulse. The treatment should be warm and tonic. Choose Lizhong Tang, Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill and other formula.
4. Real cold syndrome: refers to the symptoms caused by feeling the evil of Yin and cold. Symptoms include distension and fullness in the chest and abdomen, no heat in the body, no dryness and thirst in the mouth, cold limbs or abdominal pain and constipation, and a dull and stringy pulse. The treatment should be warming the interior and relieving. Da Shen Chest Soup, San Wu Bai San and other prescriptions can be used.
