When can you get the cervical cancer vaccine

The cervical cancer vaccine usually refers to the HPV vaccine, which can usually be used to prevent human papillomavirus infection, and the timing of the injection may vary slightly between different types of cervical cancer vaccine.
The cervical cancer vaccine can be categorized into bivalent cervical cancer vaccine, quadrivalent cervical cancer vaccine and nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine, which correspond to different groups of people. The bivalent and quadrivalent cervical cancer vaccines are usually more suitable for women between the ages of 9 and 45, while the nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine is more suitable for women between the ages of 16 and 26.
For the bivalent and quadrivalent vaccines, you need to follow the 0th, 1st and 6th month vaccination program. For the nine-valent vaccine, you need to follow the 0th, 2nd and 6th month vaccination program. The cervical cancer vaccine should be given during breastfeeding and pregnancy, but can be given during any other period of time.
Vaccination does not replace routine cervical cancer screening or other measures to prevent HPV infection and sexually transmitted diseases. That’s why routine screening for the cervical cancer vaccine is also very important.
