If you have swelling, pain and itching in the anus, it may be a sign of an acute attack of hemorrhoids and you need to go to the hospital for anorectal diagnosis and anoscopy. If the itching is due to the repeated prolapse of hemorrhoids, you can choose to wash it externally with compound bitter ginseng lotion and apply topical Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoid cream or Eloson ointment, and also ensure that the anal area is dry, clean and hygienic. If the discharge increases, further anal plugs of hemorrhoids are needed.
