Right kidney cyst may be asymptomatic, or there may be symptoms and manifestations such as right-sided abdominal or back pain, hematuria, abdominal mass, fever, and so on.
If the right kidney cyst is small, the patient may not have obvious symptoms, and it is mostly found during health checkup or ultrasound or CT examination when suffering from other diseases. Larger cysts protruding outwardly pulling the renal peritoneum or inwardly compressing the renal parenchyma, patients often have pain in the affected side of the abdomen or back, and some patients may also have naked eye or microscopic hematuria.
When the cyst is huge, a mass can be detected in the abdomen. The mass may also compress the ureter or the neck of the calyx, causing obstruction of the ureter or the calyx and secondary infection, resulting in low back pain, fever and other symptoms.
The right kidney cyst is recommended to consult the regular hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
