What’s wrong with the small white bumps on my face?

Small white bumps on the face are clinically considered two main skin problems: one is whitehead acne; the other is milia. Whiteheads are actually a kind of acne rash, formed mainly because the ducts of the sebaceous glands of the facial follicles are narrowed by the action of androgens, and the sebum secretion is exuberant, forming closed papules. It is a small, slightly raised papule that occurs mainly on the forehead, cheeks, and chin. Cornules are benign swellings of the skin that occur on the eyelids and temporal side, and are slightly larger than whiteheads, with dome-shaped papules about the size of a small grain of rice, or half a green bean. The actual white bumps on the face should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, and it is best to see a specialist for a clear diagnosis.
