A 2mm pulmonary nodule is nothing to be particularly worried about, in this case just regular follow up and review. Patients need to clarify what is a pulmonary nodule and what is an occupying tumor of the lung. Pulmonary nodules are occupancies with clear borders, opaque images, and a diameter of less than 3 cm. 2 mm pulmonary nodules are microscopic lung nodules, which are not easy to identify in this case, sometimes they are vascular shadows, sometimes they are small lymph nodes, or even just old fibrotic lesions in the lungs, so it is not easy to judge. In the current situation, a 2mm lung nodule only needs to be screened by CT once a year, and nothing else should be of special concern.
