If you cannot conceive a second child, you should actively look for the cause of infertility. It is recommended that the female partner undergo hormone tests to understand the function of the ovaries, as well as immuno-infertility tests, tubal examinations, and ultrasound examinations to rule out organic lesions and ovulation disorders. The male partner should also undergo health check, immuno-infertility check, and sperm quality check. If it is a tubal factor, active treatment should be given to unblock the fallopian tubes and anti-inflammatory treatment. If it is due to ovulation disorder, ovulation promotion treatment can be given and ultrasound can be used to monitor the development of the follicles and intercourse can be done when the follicles are mature to increase the chance of conception. If the infertility is caused by the male partner, some spermogenic drugs should be given for effective treatment.
