Within 24 hours of birth, placed naked in a warm box, the most suitable ambient temperature required is 31-34 degrees; immature children of small weight, the required temperature is higher than that of a full-term baby, 33-34 degrees. After the second day of life, gradually drop to 22-26 degrees, the room temperature requirements of premature infants than normal children to be higher, 3-5 days after birth, the temperature of the room for full-term newborns to maintain at 20-22 degrees appropriate.
